No on prop 8..

As i sit and watched the results roll in, ending in the result of barack obama becoming our next president making this election history, i can't help but sit back in confusion.

How can a country that just took a huge leap forward still be one step behind.
In confuses me that the most of the people that voted Barack, also voted yes on 8.

I am strongly No on prop 8. As i grew up catholic i was taught that marriage was to be between a man and a woman. BUT, i was also taught that we should treat everyone equally and treat those as you yourself wanted to be treated.

How can we not treat everyone equal because of there sexual preference. That should have nothing to do with us. it's not hurting anybody. All it's doing is showing "racism" in todays world. I strongly believe in equality. and voting yes on prop 8 shows how intolerant we are. and i can't be a part of that.
